For our well-known international client based in Kraków we are looking for an Administrative and Operations Support of Assurance, Risk and Internal Control team.

Administrative and Operations Support

Contract for 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee helpdesk/functional suppport process.
  • Administrative support.
  • Organize training sessions.
  • Organize and manage access to systems and tools.
  • Support team in following-up work due.
  • Prepare communication.
  • Monitor adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English.
  • Process oriented.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communicator.
Ideal profile is someone who has worked in Finance but other profiles will be also considered.
